Customers are going crazy for creme brûlée at Galloways of Woburn after a new ‘flavour of the week’ menu was launched.

The dessert, known for its luxurious taste and creamy texture, has become a firm favourite at the Woburn restaurant where only the crème de la crème is served.

Top chefs from around the world say the key to this perfect pudding is a soft and creamy custard filling, with crisply caramelised sugar on top, served at room temperature.

The custard base is normally vanilla flavoured, but here at Galloways of Woburn we always like to give our customers something different.

That’s why our chefs started working on some new creme brûlée creations, which will now feature as ‘flavour of the week’ including:
